Palate is an intimate pop-up experience in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, that combines a 6-course meal with pairings of music, media, and space.

The evening is a communal experience in interpretation. Using association, emotion, familiarity, and humor, we pair sound, sight, and space with the different senses and tastes that go into meal.

Our mission is to create a dining experience that harmonizes the palate of each dish with musical and visual palates, creating a union of mediums that complement and build as the night progresses.
