New tickets added today (June 13)! There will be more humans than seats. Chairs are first come, first served. Otherwise be prepared to sit on something that's not a chair, or lean sexily against a tree.
The Odd World Danger Show is a quartet who plays with fire. Help them take over City Reliquary for an evening of spectacle and memento mori.
The evening's formula: equal parts Cabinet of Curiosity and Medicine Show. Interspersed with Exploits de Danger such as fire dancing, whip cracking, glass walking, bed of nails and so much more.
Watch us dance with death. Yet to be seen, and not to be missed! (But as seen before at the world famous Coney Island Sideshow and on stage with Squirrel Nut Zippers.)
SAFETY
Seats will scattered about which you are free to move closer (or more distant) to your liking. If seats sell out, additional tickets will be made available for standing room, or BYO picnic blanket seating.
Facemasks will not be required, but be mindful of your neighbors' comfort levels. Assholes will be asked to leave.
ACCESSIBILITY
The main entrance and indoor museum are entirely flat, but there are 4 steps up and 4 steps down to the backyard. The backyard is uneven with some platforms, but a paved area near the entrance is available with a view of the stage. Email jacob@cityreliquary.org with any questions or needs, and we'll happy to figure out if and how we can accommodate.
WHAT IS THE CITY RELIQUARY?
Reliquaries typically house the ostensible bones of dead saints. We’re a museum that houses the bones of New York City. From seltzer bottles to schist cores, roller skates from racially integrated rinks, to a burnt out lightbulb from the Statue of Liberty's torch.
WHY MEMBERSHIP?
Sustaining monthly memberships help us predict our finances, and survive through and beyond this pandemic. We can plan much better around reliable “subscriptions” than the whims of admissions & ticket sales.
We are entirely volunteer-run and currently have no paid staff.
In exchange for your ongoing support as a member, you'll receive free admission to the museum as often as you care to visit, free tickets to all events, free beverages when possible, and—we hope—tiny New York City historical institution to call your own.
This show, as always, is free for members.

WHAT ELSE?
Bring cash and Venmo. Who knows what you might be able to spend it on.
