This month, we are thrilled to hear from Xiaowei Wang, an artist and engineer who focuses on ecology in the digital world and building community through public art; Abram Stern (aphid), an artist and scholar whose work operates on collections of government-produced media; and Grace T. Weiss, Assistant Registrar for Media Arts at SFMOMA, who focuses on how museums are adapting to collect and preserve art of our time.
Where: Potrero Hill, San Francisco living room of Calder Yates (exact address will be sent to all who RSVP-ed one day before the event).
Accessibility: Second floor apartment, with about 1.5 flights of stairs.
When: Tuesday November 19th. Doors open at 7pm and talks begin at 7:30pm.
