Join us for the September edition of our informal, community-focused meetup of event organizers in NYC. The goal is to share resources, connect with others, and encourage collaboration across scenes.

This month is hosted by Pablo (La Factoria) at a Estudio Arriba Abajo pop-up at 7th Ave & 15th St in Manhattan.
Who It’s For
Anyone who organizes events; venues owners, underground party promoters, readings, DIY shows. Whoever is helping make the gig happen.

What Happens at These
Each one is a little different, depending on the space and the people. Typically the host will speak about their space and events, and then we try and facilitate an opportunity for the organizers present to share the puzzles they're working on with their own events. There is almost certainly someone there who has puzzled with the same thing!

About the host
Pablo (@pablor_d) is the founder of La Factoria (@lafactoriapr), Candela Recordings, Candela Art & Music Festival, and many more things in San Juan, Puerto Rico. La Factoria is consistently listed in the top 50 best bars in the world, and he has worked as a music & art promoter in PR for more than 3 decades. His son, Pablito (@pablo_candela), has recently opened a studio/gallery in Old San Juan, called Estudio Arriba Abajo (@estudioarribaabajo), and is looking to partner with event organizers in New York.
