Wendy’s cozy acupuncture office is small with tall windows, a couch, chairs. Fits 10-12 people which a few People that leave early or come late— our usual open house style.

Schedule
2- 2:30pm introductions
We’ll ground with dream journey or meditation.
3-4:30 Open space: sharing our offerings.
4:30 closing and announcements.

So far joining in our ambiance will be a singer song writer, meditation technique teacher, acupuncture, dream journeys, Tai Chi, plus unknown serendipities. It’s going to be amazinggggg with Wendy as our host.

With short days and long nights for the next few months what keeps you bright and bushy tailed? Why is winter important for you?

It might come in the form of poetry, spoken word, song lyrics. Maybe it’s a story, a moment of silence, a song, a mantra, a smell, a dish, an ancient protocol, gift, a stone, a movement series. Maybe it’s all the above in a dramatic fairy tale sequence.

You are welcome to bring edible holiday treats & inventive wellness elixers to share.
