Inspired by the cold weather and our love of communal eating, this month's dinner will be conceptually and literally centered around Hot Pot.

Originating in Mongolia, Hot Pot has spread across Asia picking up unique flavors and variations intrinsic to the places of adoption. The menu will be a blend of several cultures' versions of this heart warming participatory dish.

Guests can expect to find an abundantly vibrant and diverse spread of edible ingredients, both traditional and obscure, interspersed around hot boiling aromatic broth or your dipping pleasure.

Vegetarians please don't fret, there will be mushroom broth and other meat-less dipable options.
