Join The Jackson Bollocks for an evening of music, memes, and pre-show jitters!

In the summer of 2018, filmmaker Hanna Utkin documented The Jackson Bollocks, made up of Robert Leslie and Edward Pankov, in the lead-up to their first (and last) show- from event promotion in the park ("if you want to come to our show, take a picture of the sign"), to figuring out whether lyrics should be allowed on stage- delve into the minds of these two synth-pop visionaries as they endeavor to make their mark on the world.

Hanna Utkin's documentary will be preceded by a musical meme reel curated by Edward Pankov. Join the band and director after for a discussion on music and memes.

HANNA UTKIN is a filmmaker who works in film, tv and commercial production and shoots, produces, and edits her own short films. Hailing from Staten Island, NY, she now lives in Ridgewood, Queens.
