Imagine a place — just a few hours from NYC — where the air is clearer, the stars brighter, and the spirit of play runs deep.

For years, a devoted few have gathered on the sprawling Kagan compound in Franklin, New York, to participate in a weekend unlike most. Some have called it Joe Stock. Others, Heptagames. Franklin Cthonics has been a designation.

But we simply call it: The Games.

A curated series of mind/expanding, body/moving, soul/nourishing games — crafted and refined over years by a multigenerational family of obsessive game masters. These are not your average backyard games. They are clever, thrilling, absurd, strategic, physical, and inclusive to all. Win or lose, you will leave changed. Or at least out of breath. Also there will be baseball.

The Details:
🗓️ August 1-3 (arrive Friday evening, leave Sunday afternoon)
📍 Kagan Family Land — Franklin, New York (exact location upon RSVP)
💵 $111 per person (covers all meals Saturday breakfast through Sunday lunch, accommodations, and game entry)
🥦 Delicious home-cooked food included
🏕️ Sleep in a house or pitch a tent under the stars
⭐️ BONUS: If at least 12 people choose to participate in a final game after lunch on Sunday as three teams, the winning team will have their ticket price fully refunded, a $444 value!

- Pulled pork from Smokehouse, BBQ beans, slaw

- Huevos Rancheros

- Hunan cold noodles with shredded chicken

- Hot dog burritos, hot dogs with homemade sauerkraut, chili dogs, etc., macaroni salad

- Build-a-sandwich with top round roast beef, pickles, etc.

- Korean grilled chicken with kimchi, cucumber kimchi

- Sour cream pancakes with housemade maple syrup

- World’s best sweet corn, excellent tomatoes, PA peaches, seeded watermelon
