Welcome to a unique and immersive poetry event that takes poetry outside classrooms and lecture halls and places it in the lush interiors of a bordello.

Madam Tallula presents a night of grinning yellows, spinning reds, golden eyes; a trail of paper faces that lead to your wildest fancies. Celebrate LA's 4th annual Masquerade with poetry, burlesque, tarot readings, poetic souvenirs, installations, live music, aerials and beyond. We're dying to see you, O darling nameless you.Doors open at 6pm. The show runs from 7pm-10pm. Themed costumes and/or vintage formalwear are encouraged but not required. 

The El Cid tapas kitchen and bar will be open for dinner and drinks throughout.
