Afternoon at the Audubon Center: Nicolas Maldonado & David Moses

Free - $24.57 (includes all fees)

Friends! Join us at noon for a live collaborative performance underneath the peppercorn tree with our dear friends and extraordinary improvisors Nicolas Maldonado and David Moses. Approaching longform composition and musical healing modalities through complimentary textures and tonalities, the two recently performed during Nico’s Tea At Shiloh residency so you know this afternoon is going to be an absolutely serene gathering.

Think sun rays leaking through the peppercorn leaves, a slight breeze, that drowsy type of heat, hawks soaring overhead, all soundtracked with effected saxophones, flute, norns, synths, and other electronics.

Bring a blanket, a friend, a picnic, and pull up with us.
All ages & donation based!
Music begins around 12:30p
& we’ve gotta end at 1:30p sharp
to head to Ojai for our evening concert
with Openness Trio. Come with?

A gentle reminder: please leave your adorable pups at home this afternoon as to not disrupt the Audubon Center’s ongoing habitat restoration efforts.
