Gather.Chat.Grow is founded by two young Bronx women.

Jennifer Santos wanted to start something new, highlighting the untapped potential of the Bronx, GCG is the opportunity for her and others to create a voice for themselves. Her idea of creating a place for teens to engage, create, build and flourish is beginning to become a reality. A space for the Bronx to grow.

Lorena Peralta has been a volunteer at the BronxArtSpace since May of 2018. Since then she has attended different events at the space and found that there can be more done at the space and as a volunteer. She was thinking of a monthly discussion-based workshop for teens to join in and build relationships by networking with allies in the neighborhood.
