LIVING ROOM LIGHT EXCHANGE | MARCH 2020 *CANCELED*

Free - $22.46 (includes all fees)

**Due to CA public health recommendations over COVID-19, we are cancelling March’s Living Room Light Exchange.**

We sincerely hope to extend our season and reschedule this event for May and will plan to do so if the public health situation allows.

---
This month, we are thrilled to hear from Ceci Moss, a Los Angeles-based curator, writer and educator, founder of Gas, a mobile, autonomous, experimental and networked platform for contemporary art, and whose research addresses contemporary internet-based art practice and network culture; Sadie Barnette, an Oakland-based artist whose work deals in collective and familial histories as earthly acts of celebration and resistance, and is also tethered to the other-worldly as speculative fiction; and Jiayi Young, an Assistant Professor of Design at the University of California, Davis whose multidisciplinary work examines contemporary society including the culture of consumption, the programming and exploitation of the feminine, cultural assimilation, and personal identity.

Where: Oakland living room of Asma Kazmi (exact address will be sent to all who RSVP-ed one day before the event).
Accessibility: Entry is up a few stairs.
When: Tuesday March 17th. Doors open at 7pm and talks begin at 7:30pm.
Bring: Please bring a drink to share (yes, a drink! we mean it! any kind! help us out!) or become a member to fund food, artists, ++.
RSVP: All RSVPs through WithFriends
