Mistakes are always the beginning, sometimes the end, but even then, a beginning. This session will dive into mistakes as outliers, events forcing us to take a closer look, because they are unexpected, because they reveal a truth that we weren't seeing. Through a multidisciplinary approach, we will examine concepts such as computer speech, cybernetic theory, and the evolutionary nature of DNA. From present-day computational errors to mythological entities, we will study how mistakes can shape and transform our world.
