On Wednesday April 4th Samo Johnston will lead a discussion on one of the most influential titles in the video game industry, the award winning and critically acclaimed, Shadow of the Colossus.

Often cited as one of the greatest games of all time, Shadow of the Colossus is regarded as an important example of video games as art due to its minimalist landscape designs, immersive gameplay and emotional journey. It is referenced numerous times in debates regarding the art, quality and emotional perspectives that video games can offer.

How can I play this:
Shadow of the Colossus is a Playstation Exclusive. It is available on the PS2, PS3 and PS4.

But the the original PS2 version can probably be played on emulator.
The original PS2 version (on loan from Frank) can also be played at 7pm before the evening's discussion.
