Artist, diy biologist, and all around kitchen witch Amanda Gabo will be bringing her food science to HAVN and teaching an intro to lacto fermentation workshop. This workshop will involve learning the fermentation process as well as sequencing and sorting data in the home. Participants will receive a zine to help guide them in their home experiments. Participants are encouraged to pay between 20-40$ depending on financial capacity.
