Tile Table welcomes another chef to join us on our culinary adventures: Maliha Adams.
A writer, an activist, a lover of limitless adventure, Maliha applies her intrinsic connection to the food she grew up with in Pakistan to further nourish many aspects of her life and work. After experiencing the deliciousness of her recently published article, "Nihari: A Tradition, A Tonic," we felt magnetized to her play of flavor and feelings and could not resist inviting her into our kitchen.
