It's Fat Bear Week again! We'll be having a party on Fat Bear Eve to meet this year's contenders, fill out brackets, and generally appreciate the fat bears of Katmai National Park and Preserve (and all the other fat bears out there too). $10 a bear bracket-- half the pot will go to the winner(s), and we'll donate the other half to the Otis Fund at Katmai Conservancy. But you can still come appreciate the bears even if you don't want to do a bracket. In the meantime, check out the bear cams from Explore.org- endlessly fascinating!
