Franklin Chthonics comes to you in the form of a Ramp Dinner on May 21st in Tribeca, 6p to 9p. The celebrated Appallachian wild leek will be prepared as a pickle, ramp potato soup, sauteed ramps, ramp butter bruschetta and ramp pesto on pasta. A ramp-infused cocktail will be available for $10. Dessert will be Swedish pancakes with this year's maple syrup. More details coming soon.
