This workshop will include information about cervical anatomy and history, and a demonstration of how to self-insert a vaginal speculum so you can see a real-life cervix! You will then have the opportunity to perform your own exam with guidance and view your own cervix, if you have one/desire to do so. This workshop is open to people of all gender and anatomical experiences. Even if you don't have a cervix, you know someone who does!
If you would like to see your cervix, please wear a loose dress/skirt or bring a robe/sarong.
